Lisa Quateman brings a unique combination of business and legal experience and has specialized in real estate, financial services and international business matters for over thirty years. She is also a seasoned corporate director, audit committee financial expert and trusted advisor to CEOs, recognized for her expertise in helping organizations accelerate performance, achieve sustainable growth, and manage risk across the enterprise. Lisa is a Retired Senior Partner in the Los Angeles office of national law firm Polsinelli and served as the founding Office Managing Partner. She is CEO of a family-owned business that owns and operates industrial, retail, hospitality, and multi-family real estate in Los Angeles County.
Lisa Quateman brings a unique combination of business and legal experience to our Board of Directors. Lisa is a member of the Boards of Directors of Western Asset Mortgage Capital Corporation [NYSE: WMC], Indiana Toll Road Concession Company, LLC, Scherzer International Corporation, and of the Advisory Board of Lyles Diversified, Inc. In addition to her service on the Board of Heidi Duckler Dance, in the non-profit arena Lisa is a Board member of the National Association of Corporate Directors Pacific Southwest Chapter; UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate Advisory Board; and City of Hope Board of Governors. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, and was the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the UCLA Alumni Association, chairing the Nominating Committee and the Governance Committee. Lisa served eight years as a public official, on the Board of Directors of the City of Los Angeles Industrial Development Authority, having been appointed and re-appointed by former Mayors Richard Riordan and James Hahn.
