Born in Los Angeles and raised across California, Cathie’s experiences in the foster care system shaped her resilience and drive. She discovered her passion for content creation through upcycling fashion on TikTok, which led to an interest in filmmaking and digital storytelling. Now majoring in Digital Media at Los Angeles Trade Technical College, she has worked on multiple film projects, collaborated with arts organizations, and led creative initiatives for nonprofits like the Young Musicians Foundation, serving underrepresented youth.
Cathie thrives in collaborative, high-energy environments and has taken on roles in photography, videography, content creation, and arts education. She has facilitated youth development programs with Peace4Kids, taught social-emotional learning through the arts, and worked for community-based art programs. Her work is deeply rooted in the belief that creativity has the power to heal, connect, and drive meaningful change.
