Heidi Duckler Dance hosts a variety of shows and performances, many of which are free to the public. These events introduce the art of site-specific dance to the greater Los Angeles community while revealing truths about the locations in which they are held. Volunteers for Heidi Duckler Dance assist in staffing these events, with tasks ranging from greeting guests to ushering audience members between performance sites. We welcome volunteers of all ages, including high school students, teens, and adults.
Volunteering is a fun opportunity for youth and adults alike to experience the behind-the-scenes of event production while enjoying some of the art itself! It’s also a great way to fulfill community service requirements and gain valuable skills.
