At Heidi Duckler Dance, we value artists who help make site-specific work come to fruition. Today, we are shining the spotlight on Colleen Loverde. Colleen has been dancing with Heidi Duckler Dance since August 2022. Before performing with HDD Los Angeles, Colleen collaborated with the Northwest branch of Heidi Duckler Dance on several performances.
Colleen Loverde is a dance artist, creator, teacher, explorer and questioner. She was born and raised in Lake Zurich, IL, and received her B.F.A. in Modern & Jazz Dance at Point Park University where she was awarded Outstanding Senior Dance Artist in 2017.
Colleen’s work is informed by the recognition that everything is connected and there is infinite wisdom to be uncovered within these connections.
Since August 2022, Colleen has displayed her grace, captivated audiences and inspired through movement when collaborating with Heidi Duckler Dance. Before performing with the HDD Los Angeles branch, Colleen was an integral part of our Northwest family, where she combined joy, sophistication and strength through several performances.
