Isaac Huerta is a movement-based performance artist native to Los Angeles, California. Dance and movement are at the forefront of his passion for human expression and advocacy for health. They have danced with several companies in Southern California and commercially in the industry. His credits include music videos, Shake It Off by Taylor Swift and Chained to the Rhythm by Katy Perry including her VMA Performance. In 2017 he restaged the China tour of PEARL, an evening-length dance performance choreographed by Daniel Ezralow. He performed in the debut cast of LA Philharmonics Toyota Symphonies of Youth: Stravinsky’s Firebird, choreographed by Kitty McNamee. In 2018 Isaac moved to Denver, Colorado, to dance with contemporary ballet company Wonderbound and produced and choreographed for Project Wonder. In 2022 Isaac was nominated for the Henry Award for “Best Supporting Actor in a Musical” for his performance in Rattlesnake Kate, Denver Center of the Arts original production choreographed by Domonique Kelley. Isaac is currently working as a performance artist with Heidi Duckler Dance. He is an Orange County School of the Arts alum.
