We were chosen by the bi-continental Warsaw Bauhaus Foundation, as one of three esteemed Los Angeles choreographers to respond creatively alongside experimental performing artists in Poland, to the legacy of maverick Polish composer, musicologist, and graphic artist Bogusław Schaeffer.
Measuring the Sky filmed in the historic Sepulveda Dam and the LA River.
The work touches on distance, scale, and reentry post pandemic. The film takes the viewer on a journey into the natural barriers and habitats that protect them from panic and fear.
